THE ESCAPE TUNNEL IS
RE-OPENED

In 2003, (58 years after the escape) the escape tunnel was re-opened and found to be almost perfect condition!

To prevent random digging of the soil around the hut, where the tunnel was believed to be, a Cardiff based company called Terradat (http://www.terradat.com) used radar technology to pin point the locate the tunnel accurately.
